Aged 69 at death; information from Jean Roberta Liston, 24 Jan 1993. Death Certificate 5018 1944; place of death Prince Henry's Hospital, South Melbourne. Statement of account from Prince Henry's indicates that he had been living at 255 Bourke Rd Glen Iris SE6. He was charged 2 guineas for his time as a patient of Prince Henry's from 6/5/44-20/5/44.
